岗位职责 本岗位招聘是西厨热菜职位 1.在西厨厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 2.按西厨厨师长分工，完成大型宴会、酒会的菜品制作任务。 3.西式和中式都会些。 岗位要求 1.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 2.2年以上同星级同岗位工作经验 3.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级 4.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。

负责餐前餐中餐后的服务工作，包括引导宾客入座、摆放餐具、点餐传菜、结账送别等，确保服务流程规范有序，提升宾客用餐体验。 熟悉菜单内容及菜品特色，主动向宾客介绍推荐，解答关于菜品、酒水的咨询，根据宾客需求提供个性化服务。 及时响应宾客呼叫，处理简单客诉并反馈给上级，确保宾客问题得到妥善解决，维持用餐区域的良好秩序。 负责所辖区域的卫生清洁，包括餐桌、地面、餐具的清洁整理，餐前检查设施设备完好性，餐后做好收尾工作。 协助完成食材、酒水的清点与领用，配合厨师及其他岗位人员做好出餐衔接，保障餐饮服务高效运转。

负责 24 小时监控酒店各区域实时画面，密切关注出入口、电梯、公共区域等重点部位动态，及时发现异常情况并第一时间上报安保主管或相关部门。 熟练操作监控系统设备，确保摄像头角度精准、画面清晰，定期检查设备运行状态，发现故障及时报修并做好记录，保障监控系统全天稳定运行。 严格按照规定保存监控录像资料，明确录像调取流程，为公安部门调查、酒店内部事件追溯等提供准确的视频证据，严禁私自泄露或篡改录像内容。 配合安保员及其他岗位人员开展工作，在接到巡逻异常、宾客求助等信息时，快速调取相关区域录像辅助判断，协助处理各类安全事件。 做好监控室日常管理，保持室内整洁有序，严格遵守保密制度，不随意透露监控范围内的宾客隐私、酒店运营等敏感信息，认真填写值班日志与交接班记录。
