岗位职责： 1、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。 2、负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和房间的清洁工作。 3、负责对结帐房间的查房工作。 4、负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。 5、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。 6、配合楼层主管完成每日清洁任务，并做好工作记录。 岗位要求： 1、有酒店客房服务经验者优先。 2、身体健康，相貌端正。
