职位描述 岗位职责 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电、空调的正常供应。 4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修。 5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。 6、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理。 7、负责酒店所有装饰、装潢的维修工作。 8、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。 9、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 10、按期巡检消防设备，协助安消部进行消防检查，消防试验，在发生火灾时给消防人员提供帮助。 11、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 12、设备发生故障后服从经理及主管领班的调动，上级不在时服从中控室的调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。 空调工：保证酒店空调设备正常运行, 尽可能降低能源消耗, 降低运行成本,做好各种设备的年度,季度,月度的保养与维修。 弱电工：负责酒店音响设备的维修保养，并包括背景音乐, 监控，卫星电视, 电话，消防报警系统，确保高质量的保养和操作以满足客人的需求。 强电工：配电值班保证酒店电力正常供给. 维护酒店所有电气设备和设施的正常运行。 装修工：有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和设施的维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态。 锅炉工：负责锅炉及相关设备的运转和维修保养。 木工：负责酒店内的所有木制物品的维修保养。帮助制作宴会或会议所需的物品以及其他部门的要求。 油漆工：负责酒店所有油漆工作，维保酒店油漆装饰，使酒店呈现出“崭新”的状态。 确保所有表面处于完美状态中，如有需要，在新工作、改造、变更和装饰工作中予以协助。   任职资格： 1、身体健康，至少有一年相关工作经验，必须需要有低压证，有高压证优先考虑； 2、具备较高的工程技工专业知识，钳工知识；变、配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范 3、具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、语言表达能力、学习能力。 其他 本酒店所有岗位均要求到酒店现场进行面试。

He or she also ensures that stock levels of beer and supplies are adequate and follows all cleaning procedures strictly. Additional duties include laboratory analysis, production preparation, chemical handling, and following the instructions of the outlet manager.
