岗位职责 1、负责通过公关和促销活动实现集团和酒店在本地和国际上的定位目标。 2、协助销售总监、总经理开发公关促销计划及制作预算。 3、与媒体、本地社区、客户及酒店总部保持密切联系，代表、宣传酒店形象。 4、保证所有的宣传资料和广告都达到集团的标准，维护酒店的良好形象和定位。 5、开拓并实施公关活动，负责制作促销资料、对媒体宣传资料及安排在媒体对饭店的报道。 6、开发并跟进酒店的各项市场活动。 岗位要求 1、与媒体、各营销渠道及组织机构沟通并提供合适的材料以确保他们有足够的资料促销酒店的服务。 2、积极主动组织丰富的市场公关及广告媒体的会议活动。 3、发布酒店重大事件及促销新闻。 4、建立，保持与广告商和公共关系组织的关系。 5、在本地市场内，通过参加各种营销活动，树立饭店的形象。 6、负责各类材料、图片、数据库，资料库和文档等。 7、维护酒店和集团的形象。 8、监视并确保对竞争对手的活动有完全的了解，以便在制定战略时使用这些信息。 9、计划与协调酒店赞助的活动。 10、发现并组织有关赞助活动去提高酒店在市场的形象。 11、参与准备和制定部门/小部门/分部门的目标。 12、开发并执行市场公关/广告媒体计划去完成整个酒店的目标与媒体，并与公关客户保持联系。 13、参与准备战略计划。 14、积极地与主流媒体交流去提高酒店在市场的曝光率或撰写文章。 15、掌握市场营销数据。 16、主动承担发展，执行酒店年度公关计划和广告活动。 17、在销售总监的指导下，组织活动包括邀请媒体，本地重要人物，公司客户，旅行社和其他相关客人。 18、在团队内有效的工作。 19、遵守酒店酒店的行为准则。 20、遵守酒店酒店员工守则。 21、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。

The Role 岗位职责: 1. Fill objectives set for the bar, assist in develop the marketing strategy. 完成为酒吧设定的各项目标，协助制定营销策略。 2. To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring that wine and beverage coverage is maintained at all times. 负责酒吧的日常运营，确保酒水服务全天候正常覆盖。 7. Minimize wastage and increase profits through tight control and stocktaking all beverage items (hard and soft) on a regular and frequent basis. 通过严格管控及定期频繁盘点所有酒水饮品（含酒精与无酒精），减少浪费，提升利润。 8. To tightly regulate the physical cash flow of the bar area ensuring that correct procedures and policies are being adhered to by all bar and wine waiters and tenders, implementing security steps to prevent the misuse and/or pilfering of monies and/or goods. 严格监管酒吧区域的现金流动，确保所有酒吧侍应生与收银员遵守正确的流程与政策，并实施安保措施以防止资金和/或物品的滥用和/或盗窃。 9.
