岗位职责： 1、认真执行上级安排的各项工作指标； 2、负责楼层区域及房间的卫生质量； 3、负责楼层服务员工作程序及操作标准的培训； 4、负责检查控制楼层的各项物品消耗量，有效做好成本控制。 岗位考核指标： 1、具备5年以上相关岗位的工作经验； 2、具有一定的业务培训能力，指导员工提高业务素质； 3、热爱客房业务，有较强的责任心； 4、熟练掌握客房清洁和服务的程序与标准。
