We are looking for a Security Guard with following duties and requirements: 我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的保安员人选： As a Security Guard, we rely on you to: 作为酒店保安员，需承担以下主要工作职责： 1、Be responsible for daily patrols and duty in public areas and entrances/exits of the hotel, maintain on-site order and prevent security incidents.   负责酒店公共区域、出入口的日常巡逻与值守，维护现场秩序，防止安全事件发生。 2、Monitor the fire control room and security systems, promptly detect abnormalities and report them, and handle initial alarms according to procedures.   监控消防控制室及安防系统，及时发现异常情况并上报，按流程处置初期警情。 3、Verify personnel, vehicles and items entering and exiting the hotel, register visitor information, and prevent irrelevant personnel from entering restricted areas.   核查进出酒店的人员、车辆及物品，登记访客信息，阻止无关人员进入限制区域。 4、Assist in handling sudden security incidents, and cooperate with the security supervisor and relevant departments in on-site control and rescue work.   协助处理突发安全事件，配合保安主管及相关部门开展现场管控与救援工作。 5、Inspect the integrity of fire-fighting facilities and equipment in the responsible area, promptly feedback problems and assist in rectification.   检查责任区域内消防设施、器材的完好性，发现问题及时反馈并协助整改。 6、Complete duty records and handover work, and truthfully fill in various safety ledgers such as patrols and monitoring.   做好值班记录与交接班工作，如实填写巡逻、监控等各类安全台账。 We are looking someone who: 我们寻找的人选需具备： 1、Technical secondary school education or above, with more than 1 year of security work experience in hotels or properties; those with fire control certificate are preferred.   中专及以上学历，1年以上酒店或物业保安工作经验，持有消控证者优先。 2、Understand basic safety prevention knowledge, fire regulations and emergency disposal procedures, and can operate basic security equipment.   了解基本的安全防范知识、消防法规及应急处置流程，能操作基础安防设备。 3、Good observation ability, able to identify potential safety hazards in time and take initial response measures.   具备良好的观察能力，能及时识别安全隐患并采取初步应对措施。 4、Strong sense of work responsibility, obedient to management arrangements, with certain communication skills and team cooperation awareness.   工作责任心强，服从管理安排，具备一定的沟通能力和团队协作意识。 5、Good health, no bad records, able to adapt to shift work, with basic physical fitness.   身体健康，无不良记录，适应轮班制，具备基础体能条件。 6、Good conduct, rigorous in handling affairs, and able to strictly abide by various hotel safety management systems.   品行端正，处事严谨，能严格遵守酒店各项安全管理制度。 If you are the right person, what are you waiting for? 1.     Participate in the planning andcosting of menus 参与菜单的计划和成本核算工作。   2.     Develop and write standardrecipes 制订并编写标准菜谱。   3.     Develop new dishes and products 开发新菜和新产品。   4.     Ensure that outstandingculinary technical skills are maintained 确保优秀的餐饮技巧得以保持。   5.     Assist with organizing specialevents and special food promotions 协助组织特别活动和特别食品促销活动。   6.     Maintain comprehensive productknowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and currenttrends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchenoperations accordingly 保持对产品的综合性知识的了解，包括配料、设备、供应商、市场和当前趋势，并相应的建议厨房运作部进行适当调整。   7.     Maintain a hygienic kitchen 保持厨房的卫生。

1.      Initiate/identify project work required in light of your tradethroughout the hotel            根据自己的专业技能计划和确定酒店内需要完成的项目。   2.      Assist the Shift Engineer with the design of a preventativemaintenance program            协助值班工程师设计预防性维修保养计划。   3.      Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within thepreventative maintenance program without the direction of the ShiftEngineer/Chief Engineer.           在值班工程师和总工程师没有要求的情况下，有预见性的在预防性维修保养计划的范围内主动的进行工作。   4.      Be able to show flexibility to change the schedule in light of guestpriorities            表现出工作的灵活机动性，能够按照客人的轻重缓急变更时间。   5.      General building minor maintenance repairs            对酒店进行小型的维修保养。   6.      Ensure pool chemical level is in accordance with legislativerequirements, is vacuumed and surrounding area maintained to standardsestablished            确保游泳池化学品等级符合法律要求，确保游泳池进行真空清洁，且泳池周围区域按设定的标准进行维护。

岗位职责 1.疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。 3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 4.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 5.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 6.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 7.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 岗位要求 1.具有初中以上文化程度。或退伍军人。 2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
