What will I be doing? 【岗位职责】 1. 协助宾客提拉行李及行李寄存服务； 2. 确保客人登记完毕后，行李被迅速地送到客人房间; 3. 处理客人要求，并负责追踪相关人员/部门满足客人要求; 4. 当旅行团/团体抵店和离店时，协助收发客人行李; 5. 处理物品存取服务，确保所有长期寄存的行李都被登记并将行李寄存牌交给客人; 6. 处理酒店车和出租车的要求; 7. 向客人提供优质服务，确保客人需求和合理要求被满足，不断地寻找机会提高对客服务。 岗位要求 1、男生身高175以上，形象阳光； 2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活； 3、能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
