确保所有的给水和排水系统维护完好。 记录日常耗水量，定期巡视日常耗煤气量检查水箱水位高度，填写清单。报告日常的维修及工作任务单。 排除设备故障，运行、维修设备。保养的主要内容有：厨房设备，洗衣房设备，客房中淋浴，卫生设备，冷热水供水系统，酒店排水系统，消防水系统，生活水箱，各种机械设备及水泵。定期检查并记录水箱水位情况，随时保持足够的水位。 修理解决由于大楼施工遗留的各种设备缺陷，如：管弄井内管道渗漏等问题。 工作时，保持施工场地整齐，有序。施工完毕，保持场地清洁。 熟练掌握电焊与气焊技术。 参加日常的维修和保养工作。

As In Room Dining Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties: The In Room Dining Supervisor will work with the waiters to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through the accurate and timely delivery of all orders and amenities received per the Order Taker.  To provide back up for the Manager and Assistant Manager, take responsibility for supervising and coordinating the daily In Room Dining activities and maintaining the highest standard of service established by the hotel. As In Room Dining Supervisor we expect from you:  Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury establishment Have a keen interest in food and the culinary ambitions of the establishment. Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays. 【岗位职责】 1、掌握点心制作技术，负责制作各种面点及配料，掌握各种点心的风味。 2、负责内部日常所用原料的领用，协助制定采购计划。 3、严格执行食品卫生法则，把好质量关，搞好本区域卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。 4、掌握食品成本核算，协助厨师长制定点心部供应的面点。 5、保证生产流程畅通，合理使用货源，按季节定期更换花色品种。 6、按照管理标准，保持厨房所提供的食品和服务的高标准。 【岗位要求】 1、有在星级酒店从事面点制作工作经验5年以上，至少1年的相关工作经验。 2、 熟悉餐饮的相关知识。 3、 熟练面点制作工艺。

岗位职责 1、负责酒吧的日常经营; 2、建立、健全酒吧的各项管理制度和工作规范； 3、为酒吧的运作提出合理化建议； 4、组织完成酒吧各项经营计划； 5、检查运营情况，督导、落实各项规章制度和工作规范，发现问题及时予以解决； 6、督促员工做好会所所有设施设备的日常保养； 7、审核各种物品的申领，并控制成本； 8、实施培训，提高员工自身素质和工作技能；及时处理客诉、了解客人对酒吧的建议，不断改进服务 岗位要求 1、具有同岗位相关工作经验者优先；  2、形象气质良好，了解酒水相关知识； 3、熟悉高端酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程； 4、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力； 5、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。

【岗位职责】 1、协助部门负责人做好酒店各类灯光、音响、背景音乐、消防门禁等弱电的维修及保养； 2、掌握会议室及舞台灯光、音响、投影设备的操控与调试； 3、安排好预防性维修计划及巡查工作，把质量关。 4、掌握若电设备运行和照明情况，制定节电措施。 5、制定照明灯具及照明控制开关的巡视、巡检制度。 6、对酒店的各种大型活动，如新闻发布会等大型会议，要提前进调试好设备。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。从事酒店弱电管理或维护工作。 2、对电视系统、电话通讯系统、保安系统、音响系统等弱电熟悉，常见故障排查有经验。 3、 工作认真、勤恳、细心，热爱本职工作。 4、具备弱电操作证。

检查当日的入住房和退房并安排相应的工作 检查所有客房的卫生,并把故障汇报给工程部 及时满足客人的需求并要妥善处理客人的投诉及时上报上级主管 确保每天客人的遗失物品都能移交客房部办公室 对做房服务员要进行定期培训以提高其做房的数量和质量

【岗位职责】 1、负责为顾客提供专业的面部清洁、护理及美容服务，确保服务流程规范、操作标准； 2、根据顾客的肤质和需求，推荐适合的护理方案及产品，并解答相关美容咨询； 3、严格遵守卫生管理制度，保持工作区域及工具的清洁与消毒，确保服务环境安全卫生； 4、定期参加公司组织的技能培训，掌握美容技术和产品知识，提升服务水平； 5、协助店内其他日常工作，包括产品陈列、客户接待及会员维护等。 【岗位要求】 1、初中及以上学历，有无工作经验均可，公司提供带薪培训； 2、热爱美容行业，具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能耐心倾听顾客需求； 3、注重个人形象，干净整洁，具备亲和力； 4、学习能力强，愿意接受新知识并不断提升专业技能； 5、能适应排班制工作，包括周末及节假日。
