【岗位职责】 严格执行餐厅的各种政策、程序以及酒店品牌标准。 确保用餐期间餐台的正确摆放。 确保服务边台永远保持干净整洁。 保持和厨房良好的沟通。 详细的了解菜单以确保能为客人更好的点餐及增加餐厅收入。 对客人和同事保持礼貌和友好。 为客人点单。 为客人推荐相应的菜品及酒水。 为客人服务食品和酒水。 能理解并协调厨房与餐厅之间的工作。 在客人光临及离开时为客人拉椅服务。 清理脏餐具到指定清洁区域。 持续不断的为客人更换烟缸并随时补充水、饮料、小料等。 在客人离开后尽快翻台。 不断补充服务所需物品。 及时清理用过的脏布草到指定区域。 完成经理、副经理、主管交给的其他工作。 需贯彻执行主管交给的其他工作。 积极参加酒店组织的各种培训活动。 对服务流程有详细的了解。 在用餐高峰期能高效的工作。 能配合工作时间的调整。 良好的团队合作。 【岗位要求】 良好的个人仪表。
