岗位职责 1、掌握点心及面包的制作技术，负责制作各种面点及配料，掌握各种点心的风味。 2、严格执行食品卫生法则，把好质量关，搞好本区域卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。 3、注意安排各种宴会技术力量的合理分配，保证生产流程畅通，合理使用货源，按季节定期更换花色品种，不断改革更新，满足客人要求。 4、合理使用原材料，降低成本以便酒店获得最佳效益。 岗位要求 1、 有在星级酒店从事中式面点制作工作经验。 2、 熟悉餐饮的相关知识及礼仪。 3、 熟练面点制作工艺。

岗位职责 1. 全面管理：统筹酒店及温泉区域的安全保卫工作，制定安保管理制度、应急预案（如火灾、溺水、治安事件等）并组织实施。 2. 团队建设：负责安保部人员的招聘、培训、排班、绩效考核，提升团队专业素养和应急处置能力。 3. 安全巡查：定期检查酒店客房、温泉池区、停车场、消防设施等重点区域，排查安全隐患并监督整改，确保符合消防安全和治安管理规定。 4. 应急处置：牵头处理酒店内突发安全事件，协调公安、消防等外部机构，事后复盘并优化应急预案。 5. 合规管理：落实治安、消防相关法律法规要求，组织消防演练和安全培训，留存相关台账记录。 6. 协作配合：与前厅、客房、温泉运营等部门对接，配合大型活动的安保部署，保障宾客和员工人身财产安全。 任职要求 1. 学历与经验：大专及以上学历，3年以上酒店或大型文旅场所安保管理经验，有温泉酒店从业经验者优先。 2. 专业能力：熟悉消防安全、治安管理相关法律法规，掌握应急处置流程，能熟练操作消防设施和安防设备。 3. 资质要求：持有消防设施操作员证或保安员证等相关资质证书者优先。 4. 综合素质：具备较强的组织协调、沟通和临场决断能力，责任心强，能适应倒班和节假日值守。 5. 身体条件：身体健康，无不良嗜好，无违法犯罪记录，能承受高强度工作压力。
