【岗位职责】 1、做好开餐前准备，检查餐具是否完好使用，保持餐厅用餐卫生。 2、严格执行用餐服务规范和操作流程，熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识。 3、掌握和运用礼貌语言，负责接听电话，宾客电话订餐应问清楚基本信息。 4、注意个人仪容仪表，保持服装整洁，热情待客，微笑服务。 5、确保在用餐结束后，所有餐桌的干净整洁。 6、根据酒店标准，为客人提供顺畅、高效的服务。 7、随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理。 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，仪表端庄，有相关餐饮服务经验优先。 2、有一定的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力。 3、掌握餐厅服务规章制度，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹饪方法。 4、工作主动、热情、认真，责任心强。
