【岗位职责】 1、 负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务流程监督及客户服务质量控制，确保运营高效顺畅。 2、协调厨房与前厅工作，及时处理顾客反馈与投诉，提升顾客满意度与用餐体验。 3、 监督餐厅卫生、安全及设备维护情况，确保符合食品安全与公共卫生标准。 4、协助上级完成成本控制、物料盘点及经营数据分析 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。 2、 具备2年以上中餐厅管理工作经验，熟悉餐饮服务全流程及行业标准。 3、具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力和应急处理能力，能适应轮班工作安排。 4、热爱餐饮服务行业，具备较强的服务意识和责任心，能够承受一定工作压力。 5、持有健康证，熟练使用办公软件及餐饮管理系统者优先。 本岗位在工作过程中可能涉及小动物接触，如对此有顾虑请谨慎考虑
