【岗位职责】 1. 每月底协助提供未支付的费用给会计人员预提。 2. 完整地将所有供应商的货款录入系统。 3. 确保未被支付的发票与系统账龄中的金额一致。 4. 检查所有费用支出报表和支票申请单以保证所有凭证齐全及有批准。 5. 在支票送签之前,准备好支票并附上凭证。 6. 完成供应商对账调节表。 7. 在发出支票之前确保所有支票已被批准。 8. 确信所有付款有足够的凭证。 9. 非常熟悉应付账款业务。 10. 每月准备应付账款余额统计及相关报表。

为客户创造一个安全可靠的环境,负责酒店防损和防火工作,负责报告酒店所有客人的财物损坏、遗失,最大限度地确保客人和公共区域的安全，对防损和防火意识，定期开展培训课程。

【岗位职责】 1、在经理的领导下，负责酒店宴会厅管理工作，为客人提供高质量的宴会、会议服务，负责检查宴会厅经营管理制度、服务标准、岗位职责、操作规范、运作程序的执行情况和各项工作的完成情况； 2、根据宴会、酒会、茶话会、庆功会、联谊会、招待会、新闻发布会、洽谈会、董事会、培训、展销等各种活动的布置要求做好安排，组织优质服务； 3、注意收集客人对餐饮质量的意见，建立健全客户食谱档案，与客户保持经常的联系和良好的关系，争取客人的长期支持； 4、协助经理不断改进完善工作标准和服务程序，并督导实施； 5、负责处理客人对宴会服务工作的意见、建议和投诉，认真改进工作； 6、加强宴会服务现场管理，检查和督导西餐厅员工严格按照服务规程，做好餐前准备，餐间服务和餐后结束工作并抓好员工的岗位业务培训； 7、严格岗位职责和工作程序，保证服务标准和操作方法的正确性，善于发现出品和服务方面的问题，善于言谈，善于沟通，善于处理各类紧急事件及有关的客人投诉； 8、完成经理布置的其他工作。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉餐厅工作流程； 2、良好的服务、销售意识及能力； 3、有酒店销售工作经验者优先。

中班：上班时间下午三点至十一点，做六休一。 工作内容： (1)负责楼层公共区域的清洁和计划卫生。 （2）负责杯具的清洁与消毒。 （3）负责提供住客的需求（送用品、加被子等）。（4）协助客房部完成当天入住的钟点房打扫。
