【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常设施设备的运行维护及故障排查，确保酒店各系统（如电力、空调、给排水、消防等）正常运转； 2、定期检查、保养酒店设备，制定并执行预防性维护计划，降低设备故障率； 3、及时响应并处理突发性设备故障，确保酒店运营不受影响； 4、协助管理外包维修服务，监督维修质量及进度； 5、配合其他部门完成设施改造或升级项目，提供技术支持； 6、做好设备运行记录及维修档案，确保资料完整可查； 7、遵守安全操作规程，确保工作环境符合行业标准及酒店要求。 【岗位要求】 1、具备机电、暖通、电气等相关技术知识，熟悉酒店常见设备系统； 2、动手能力强，能独立完成设备维修及日常维护工作； 3、责任心强，具备良好的应急处理能力及团队协作意识； 4、持有电工证、制冷证等相关职业资格证书者优先； 5、能适应倒班工作制，包括夜班及节假日值班； 6、无相关工作经验者可接受培训，有酒店工程经验者优先。
