职位概述： 此岗位为餐厅前厅岗，负责餐饮部前厅的工作。    工作职责：  前厅运营统筹 ◦全面负责餐饮前厅（全日制餐厅、宴会厅、九大碗、大堂吧）的日常运营，制定服务标准（如接待礼仪、点餐流程、客诉处理），监督执行并定期优化，确保服务符合温泉度假村 “休闲、舒适” 的调性。 ◦统筹开餐前准备（如餐桌布置、餐具检查、员工到位）、餐中服务（如引导入座、点餐推荐、上菜协调）及餐后收尾（如客户送别、意见收集），确保流程高效有序。 团队管理与培训 ◦负责前厅团队（主管、服务员、传菜员等）的招聘、排班、绩效考核，制定培训计划（如温泉菜品知识、服务话术、应急处理），提升团队服务意识和专业度。 ◦营造积极团队氛围，及时解决员工矛盾，激发工作热情，确保高峰期（如节假日）服务不脱节。 客户关系与营收 ◦重点接待 VIP 客人、团队客户及投诉客人，倾听需求并快速响应（如调整菜品、赠送小食），提升客户满意度；建立常客档案（如偏好菜品、忌口），个性化服务增强复购。 ◦分析前厅营收数据（如上座率、人均消费、套餐销量），配合营销部门推广特色活动（如 “温泉 + 九大碗” 套餐、亲子餐饮优惠），推动营收增长。 跨部门协作 ◦与后厨紧密沟通（如传递客人特殊需求、协调出菜速度），与客房部对接住店客人餐饮需求（如送餐服务），，与销售部对接宴会菜单/会议需求等，与财务核对营收数据，确保信息同步。  任职要求：  1.高中及以上学历，5 年以上餐饮前厅管理经验，其中 2 年以上同岗位经验，有度假村、高端餐厅管理经验者优先。 2.精通餐饮前厅多业态（酒店自助早餐/宴会/会议/团餐餐厅等）服务流程（预订、接待、收银），掌握客户服务技巧和餐饮营销逻辑，能结合温泉度假场景设计服务细节（如提供儿童座椅、养生茶推荐）。 3.具备强领导力、沟通协调能力和应急处理能力（如客人突发不适、菜品错漏），能冷静解决问题。 4.形象气质佳，亲和力强，熟悉餐饮管理系统操作；能适应度假村轮班、加班（如晚班、节假日）。 5.能接受绩效管理，愿意跟着公司共同发展。

岗位职责： 1、负责管理前厅部各分部并维持部门正常经营运作，争取提高开房率、营业收入及利润； 2、制定部门的工作计划，监督前厅部工作，维护酒店良好的声誉及树立酒店形象，促使属下各分部主管及员工为客人提供优越于其他同类型酒店的服务； 3、确保前厅部每一位员工都能熟悉及掌握酒店制定的各项紧急事件处理程序，必要时亲自处理客人投诉及意外事件； 4、组织实施前台员工的各项培训工作，传达酒店各项规章与规程； 5、协助总经理不断寻求新的操作规程、工作方法，以提高部门竞争力、营业收入及服务水准； 6、确保客房房间状态真实、准确，并准确地提供各项报告、报表及数据； 7、与其他部门协调配合，保持良好的沟通； 任职要求： 1、  大专及以上学历，熟悉前台接待的工作流程及相关的专业知识； 2、  能使用Excel及Word等办公软件； 3、  5年以上前厅部工作经验，2年以上同岗位工作经历； 4、  五官端正，形象气质良好； 5、  有良好的沟通表达能力，较强的灵活应变能力。

【岗位职责】 1、协助宾客提拉行李及行李寄存服务。 2、为有需要的宾客提供委托代办服务及打伞服务。 3、确保交班本上记录的每一件事情都已经落实。 4、确保所接收的行李和包裹的安全，并存放在合适的地方。 5、记录未完成的工作交给下一个班次。 6、管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接收、存放行李和其他任何物品以及宾客的遗留物品的处理要按照正确的程序进行。 【岗位要求】 1、高中或中专学历及以。具有1年以上从事前厅服务工作经历者优先。 2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。 3、形象好气质佳。

岗位职责1.负责编制餐饮部所需餐具和用具的年度预算。 ；2.根据各餐厅餐具的盘点情况，负责于采购部门沟通，提出器具购置计划，保证及时补充餐具；3.管理各点餐具的使用情况，分析损耗的原因，提出降低损耗的建议；4.负责做好餐具用具的保管、发放、回收工作，负责厨房区域的环境卫生；5.负责对下属员工的培训、考勤工作，督导员工做好安全工作。岗位要求1.中专以上的文化程度或同等学历；2.熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法；3.熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法；4.有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实；5.身体健康，精力充沛。

一、任职要求 1. 年龄18-55岁； 2. 热情好客，有1年以上客房工作经验或相关经验； 3. 身体健康，相貌端正； 4. 接受过正规客房服务培训。 二、工作职责与内容 1. 遵守酒店的各项规章制度； 2. 规范着装，保持良好的仪容仪表，做到“三轻”：说话轻、动作轻、走路轻； 3. 做好工作前的准备工作，检查所需使用的操作工具是否齐全，工作车上物品是否整齐； 4. 按标准要求负责清扫整理客房和楼层相关区域，为客人提供干净安全的客房环境，满足客人的服务需求，负责本区域的安全工作； 5. 按标准操作流程和规定使用清洁工具整理清扫客房，及时补充客人所需的各类物品，及时记录住房、查房、退房时间、客用消耗品、维修情况； 6. 每日对清扫车、清洁工具设备进行清洁与保养； 7. 了解客情，当班期间不定期进行楼层巡查，注意门、锁、会客情况，并做好巡查记录； 8. 做好设施设备的日常保养，发现设施设备的故障和损坏，按规定流程报修，正确掌握客房各类电器的使用方法，为客人提供需求； 9. 树立安全防范意识，发现可疑的人和事，立即报告上级；熟知酒店“突发事件应急预案”，出现紧急情况按规定要求处理； 10. 认真听取宾客的意见，并将客人的信息及建议及时反馈给部门领导，积极参加学习和培训，不断提高服务技能，积极提出合理化建议； 11. 做好交接班工作，交清房态，交清当班事项，负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管和上缴不得私自扣留； 12. 爱惜酒店财产，力求节约，按质按量的完成交办的各项事宜。

岗位要求： 1.负责酒店洗衣房及制服房的管理，直接汇报房务总监； 2.主要负责员工制服、布草的清点、整理、仓库管理、人员管理，闲暇时可学习制服洗涤； 3.男女不限，可以接受退休员工，至少具备1年以上酒店制服房工作经验。

【岗位职责】1、保持工作区域内清洁卫生，确保客人的最大满足，并达到酒店要求的标准；2、按经理要求并在经理不在岗时管理公共区域的清洁工作并检查公共区域如餐厅，多功能厅，办公室，大堂及周围的区域，注意细节，确保公共区域的清洁与卫生符合酒店要求的标准；3、了解所有清洁工具及清洁机器的维保计划并熟练使用机器，负责培训员工清洁剂及清洁机器的正常使用。确保酒店公共区域和各餐厅大清洁计划的有效开展；4、与管家部、工程部、和其它部门合作以确保所有问题都得到沟通和处理，能独立管理帮工并进行排班；5、确保个人仪表、仪容符合酒店酒店要求；6、确保PA仓库按酒店要求管理并进行成本控制。完成上级分配的其它工作。【岗位要求】1、至少1年的公共区域主管经验2、具备一定的领导能力3、普通话良好4、身体健康，能够适应长时间站立及弯腰工作

【岗位职责】 1、在厨师长的带领下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 2、做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作。 3、熟悉各种原材料的名称种类以及烹制方法。 4、能独立作业。 【岗位要求】 1、有在星级酒店或从事相关工作经验者优先考虑 2、 熟悉中餐的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术。 3、 了解食品安全卫生法。
