一、实习岗位  1、餐饮部餐厅接待员：餐厅接待员，男女不限，传菜岗、吧台岗一般为男生，迎宾岗一般为女生且形象姣好、身高165cm以上。对美食、咖啡、品酒等感兴趣，实习期间将有专项的学习培训课程  二、实习薪资1、前三个月2400元/月，满三月考核通过后第四个月起2500元/月，满六月考核通过后第七个月起2800元/月，月休5天。  2、实习期内优异者可提升为领班、主管，薪资按正式员工标准；实习期结束后留任无需试用期。  3、其他  （1）加班费：加班工资根据加班小时数核算，原则上先行补休，无法补休完成的季度内发放。（2）津贴：如通过酒店英语等级考核，根据初、中、高级，每月可获得50、100、200元的外语津贴。在翔业周报上投稿，可以是一张照片、一句话、一段感言或是一篇文章，均可根据相应字数标准获得集团和酒店双重补贴，金额在10-500元不等。另根据岗位情况，有大夜班补贴及高温补贴。  （3）年终奖：实习期有跨越春节年终奖发放期的实习生，将会予以年终奖的发放，可额外获得2至3倍薪资的年终奖（实际发放根据工作时间和岗位表现评估为准）。  （4）实习地往返交通报销：实习期满6个月的实习生，酒店将予以学校所在地往返厦门的交通费用报销，每人每趟报销标准为学校所在地至厦门高铁二等座价格

What will I be doing? Strictly follow the company's standardized operating procedures and beresponsible for the installation and deployment of Windows systems on officecomputers; Learn skills in troubleshooting common office computer faults anddaily maintenance, and gradually independently undertake the efficient handlingof known faults; Maintain computer information security vulnerabilities and providetimely training; Maintain good communication with internal users, quickly respond toand coordinate the resolution of various IT-related needs, and provide friendlyservice support; Undertake daily cleaning, maintenance and basic maintenance ofhardware equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment. 【岗位职责】 1、热情迎接入住宾客，主动协助搬运行李，引导至前台办理登记手续，如有需要行李寄存提供相关服务。 2、为有需要的宾客提供委托代办服务。下雨天为宾客提供雨伞租借服务。 3、准确解答宾客关于酒店设施、周边交通、旅游景点、餐饮娱乐等各类咨询。 4、确保所接收的行李和包裹的安全，并存放在合适的地方。 5、及时响应宾客临时需求或投诉，快速协调相关部门解决，确保宾客满意。 6、管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接收、存放行李和其他任何物品以及宾客的遗留物品的处理要按照正确的程序进行。 7、上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历优先，有相关实习经验优先。 2、工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。 3、热爱酒店行业，有服务意识。

1.前台接待，总机，行政酒廊，中/西餐饮部服务员，客房部服务员，安保员，工程技工等实习生岗位（具体岗位根据酒店面试结果分配） 2.提供食宿，月休8天，每天8小时工作制，享受酒店福利。
