【职责内容】 岗位职责： 1、鉴别茶叶品质； 2、根据茶叶的品质，选择相适的水质、水量、水温和冲泡器具，进行茶水艺术冲泡； 3、根据客人的饮茶习惯，掌握不同的讲解及冲泡方法，为客人选配茶点和提供优质服务； 4、向顾客介绍名茶以及饮茶知识、茶叶保管方法等茶文化； 任职要求： 1、年龄在20-30周岁左右，1.6米以上，形象好、气质佳、稳重、端庄； 2、熟悉各类茶叶冲泡、品饮艺术,对茶文化的了解有一定深度； 3、有一定的语言表达能力，沟通协调能力及应变能力； 4、有从事茶艺管理和培训工作经验； 5、基础知识扎实，能做茶艺表演；有茶艺师资格证书者优先； 6、有知名餐饮企业或星级酒店相关工作经验者优先。

岗位职责 1.准备所有的烤制配料及烤制各种面包、面包卷、早餐甜点及其他简单的烤制食品； 2.准备各种果冻和较少的生面； 3.做好并保持工作区域和设备的清洁工作； 4.确保有足量的面包供应。 岗位要求 1.有在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验优先考虑； 2.熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪； 3.熟练面包制作工艺及高超技能； 4.饼房学徒

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房、餐饮及其他产品的收益管理工作，制定并执行收益管理策略，确保酒店收益最大化； 2、分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求，定期提交收益分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持； 3、监控并优化酒店预订渠道的价格体系，协调销售、市场及前厅部门，确保价格策略的一致性； 4、合理分配房型资源，提高客房入住率和平均房价，目标达到收益最大化； 5、进行数据分析和预测，制定动态的定价策略； 6、参与年度预算编制，协助制定长期收益目标及实施计划； 7、定期评估促销活动效果，提出改进建议，优化收益表现。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销、经济学或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店收益管理或相关工作经验，熟悉酒店运营及市场动态； 3、熟练掌握收益管理工具及数据分析软件，具备较强的数据敏感性和分析能力； 4、具备良好的市场洞察力，能够根据市场变化快速调整策略； 5、优秀的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效合作； 6、责任心强，工作细致，能承受一定的工作压力； 7、对酒店行业充满热情，愿意接受挑战并持续学习。

岗位职责： 1、管理酒店在各大 OTA 平台上的房源信息，确保信息准确、完整、吸引人； 2、制定和执行 OTA 渠道的价格策略，提高酒店的竞争力和收益； 3、监控 OTA 平台上的客户评价，及时回复并处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度； 4、制定酒店的数字营销策略，维护网络媒体/KOL联络清单并跟踪报道效果； 5、策划并执行线上营销活动，如促销活动、主题活动等，吸引客户预订； 6、分析数字营销活动的效果，及时调整策略和方案，提高投资回报率； 7、积极识别和开发联合电子商务合作计划，包括符合要求的当地的，地区的和国内国际伙伴及网站； 8、与集团内的其他酒店的销售部密切合作，分享市场信息，讨论客户服务事项与合作事宜； 9、协助准备对销售活动记录和市场分析做定期报告。 岗位要求： 1、至少三年以上酒店 OTA 运营管理或数字营销工作经验； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力和营销策划能力； 3、熟悉各大 OTA 平台的运营规则和营销策略； 4、根据要求使用适当的计算机软件的能力； 5、 良好的人际交往能力和沟通技巧。

1.通知所协助的销售经理、销售主任任何来自客人或负责客户的销售机会、客人特殊喜好或投诉等。 2.收集客人喜好来满足并留住客人。 3.与会员/客户以及所有其他客户建立融洽的关系。
