主要任务是在本地区推广酒店，组织并实施酒店客户管理，负责已签约的重要个人或团体的预订，以及发展有潜力的客户。

协助前台经理做好前台的服务、沟通、日常工作的督导、培训工作。

岗位职责 1、直接向行政总厨负责,并能不断向餐饮部指出新的餐饮主向的工作计划。 2、保证所有的厨房正常工作。 3、检查厨师的仪容仪表及个人卫生。 4、确保所有采购食品的质量。 5、建立各种控制体系（卫生、成本等）正常运作、 6、极积开创新菜，制订餐厅的菜单、自助单及特殊菜单。 岗位要求 1、在技术学院或酒店学校完成酒店烹饪课程 2、曾在高级餐厅，酒吧或酒店任职的类似经验 3、多年管理领导，食品生产，成本控制，培训人员在西餐/意餐餐厅的经验 4、有效的人际交往能力，团队合作精神，领导能力。

【岗位职责】 1. 负责公寓日常维护工作，如客户接洽、入住、续租、退换房、收费，安排清洁、维修等； 2. 确保公寓内设施设备正常运行，及时处理故障； 3. 定期检查公寓安全状况，确保住户安全； 4. 处理住户投诉，解决住户问题； 5. 协助组织社区活动，提升住户满意度。 6.网络发布招租信息，负责公寓招租工作。 【任职要求】 1. 中专及以上学历，长租公寓或行政前台经验优先； 2. 有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神； 3. 熟练使用电脑，具备基本的办公软件操作能力； 4. 有较强的应变能力和解决问题的能力； 5. 年龄在25-45岁之间，身体健康。

岗位要求： 1.熟知客房管理专业知识。 2.性格开朗、工作踏实，有较强的服务意识和责任感。 3.具有基本的英语能力。 4.有五星级酒店筹备工作经验者优先。
