工作认真负责，性格活泼开朗，善于与人沟通交流。

1、烹饪相关专业优先； 2、接受6个月及以上的实习生，提供食宿，上下班班车接送，四人间独立卫浴间宿舍，月休8天。

根据集团要求负责协助部门为客人办理入店和离店。 有一定的英语表达能力。 接受翻班。 实习时间为一周五天上班，两天休息，一天9小时工作。 能提供6-12个月实习期。 有留用转正机会。

工作职责： 1.具有安全意识，关心工作区域的安全性，对于一些安全隐患要及时报告给 2.确保客人信息的机密性，只能与为了工作为目的的相关员工进行交 3.最主要的任务是帮助客人提供处理行李的服务，包括散客的入住及离店客人，团队客的入住及离店客人，寄存客人的行李以及相关服务需求。 4.递送服务包括信息递送，报纸递送等等。行李员最主要的责任就是将客人的物品递送到客人的房间 5.上述服务必须及时记录在记录登记单上 6.为客人提供高效和优质的服务 7.高效率整理并报告客人的需求 8.夜班行李员必须与早班行李员领班移交相应的工作 9.夜班行李员需协助总台和值班经理, 确保做好第二天的酒店经营的准备 10.时刻保持工作区域良好的环境 11.积极的创造友好愉快的工作环境 任职资格： 1.高中同等及以上学历 2.流利的口头及书面英语 3.可以适应长时间工作以及在不同时段上班的可能性 4.身心愉悦和团队支持精神
