【岗位职责】 1、严格遵守本专业的规章制度和操作规程进行操作、维护和检修。 2、根据维修单和上级的安排，及时修复各类油漆制品及装饰。 3、对所有墙纸装饰进行维修更换。 4、对酒店内的木装饰进行油漆修补。 5、对新制作的木器进行油漆。 6、负责酒店内小型装修工程中的监督涂料装饰施工。 7、对酒店所有铁制品、铁栏杆等进行防锈处理及油漆翻新。 【岗位要求】 1、具有丰富的油漆粉饰经验，并达到一定的水平。 2、立承担墙面、家具等油漆、修补工作及其它维修工作。 3、认真负责，注重材料的节约。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续，处理预订信息等； 2、解答客人的咨询，提供准确的酒店服务及周边旅游信息，确保客人满意度； 3、处理客人的投诉及突发情况，及时向上级反馈并协助解决； 4、维护前台区域的整洁与秩序，确保工作环境符合酒店标准； 5、协助财务部门完成每日账目核对及现金交接工作； 6、配合其他部门完成相关工作，如客房清洁、餐饮服务等需求协调； 7、遵守酒店的各项规章制度，确保服务流程的规范性和高效性。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄20-80岁，身体健康，形象端正，具备良好的服务意识； 2、1年以上酒店前台或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉前台操作流程者优先； 3、具备较强的沟通能力与应变能力，能够妥善处理客人需求及突发情况； 4、工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神，能够适应轮班制工作； 5、学历不限，但需具备基本的中文读写能力，能使用基础办公软件； 6、有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，适应酒店行业的工作节奏。
