招聘岗位：救生员 岗位职责： 1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告； 2、认真做好每天的清场工作； 3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生； 4、上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面； 5、勤在泳池边观察，注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导； 6、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。 岗位要求： 1、 年龄20-40岁； 2、身体健康，具有良好服务和安全意识； 3、游泳技能良好并接受过急救培训； 4、获得救生合格证。
