【岗位职责】 1、鼓励预定团队实现一贯的Reservation高分。 2、实施宾客意见调查问卷，提高部门服务质量。 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供最准确的房况信息。 4、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 【岗位要求】 1、有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、普通话清晰。 3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化。 4、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。

1.根据厨房各点所列领料清单如数领料并分到各点。 2.开餐前准备好常用菜肴盛装器皿，了解当天订餐情况，及所需器皿做好相应准备。 3.确保入堂菜单依次出菜，提示灶台厨师漏菜或催菜情况。 4.协助灶台厨师做好盘饰点缀，上粉加料工作。 5.每天下班后必须清理打荷台，未使用的器皿及时放回餐具保洁柜内，处理保存好盘饰点缀材料，调味盒应收盖放到指定处。 任职资格： 1.负责菜肴制前传递和烹饪后的美化工作，备齐每餐所需餐具，并保持整洁。 2.配合炉灶厨师出菜，严格把关食物质量问题避免发生食物中毒。 3.中专以上学历，持健康证上岗。

1.    大专以上文化程度，流利的英语对话服务技能 2.    性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识和责任感； 3.    通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类； 4.    通晓滑雪运动基本常识； 5.    通晓雪具穿戴基本常识，能为客人提出合理建议； 6.    通晓雪具基本知识，可以进行日常雪具维护，以及简单的雪具调整； 7.    外形良好、奢华酒店服务工作经验优先考虑； 8.    遵守酒店各项规章制度，服从酒店管理人员的统一管理和工作安排。

按照酒店的标准为客人打扫房间 按照部门的标准程序检查并提供中午和晚上的房态 遵守客房部的安全/保安条例 如客人房间里东西丢失/损坏立刻汇报楼层主管 向主管汇报“请勿打扰”房和“拒绝服务房”，并要采取相应的措施 所有员工必须节约用水、电、煤气、清洁药水等一切能源，爱护环境 完成由管理人员布置的其它合理工作 把客人遗留物品连同记录单移交客房部办公室

岗位职责： 1.对酒店的规章制度、卫生、健康安全有明确的了解； 2.管理客房服务员并检查客房及服务区域的卫生，注意从酒店的全局出发并根据要求建立国际化的卫生标准； 3.检查所有客房，重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达，以及常住客人的房间卫生； 4.记录日常所有的活动，例如客人的投诉和喜好等； 5.采用正确的方式处理客人的要求和投诉； 6.检查夜床服务是否符合标准； 7.确保所有客房按酒店标准清洁，同时保证客人最大程度的满意。 岗位要求 1、有3年以上同星级客房管理工作经验； 2、熟悉客房部专业知识； 3、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准； 4、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
