岗位名称：国际文化交流中心房务部经理 岗位职责： 1. 贯彻执行上级领导下达的经营及管理指示，根据交流中心经营管理的有关政策，制定本部门的营运计划，并组织实施，确保计划的完成。 2. 负责客房部、前厅部的整体经营和运作，分配、督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 3. 负责制定本部门的培训的计划，定期对本部门员工进行业务培训；及时提出员工的晋升、调职、淘汰等意见；制定本部门各级员工的岗位职责，明确各岗位职责范围和具体工作任务。 4. 负责监督本部门员工遵守规章制度，严格按服务规范、标准和程序进行服务；每天巡视检查本部门工作区域内的清洁卫生及安全情况，抽查空房做房记录，督促做好月度、季度计划卫生及维修房跟进；会同工程安保部做好安全防火工作，确保客房所有消防道路畅通无阻、消防器具完好无缺，保证客房和宾客的安全；做好每周安全质检巡察。 5. 负责安排和检查重要宾客的接待工作落实情况，及时与有关部门做好客人接待的沟通工作，确保不出差错，迎送宾客、探望患病的宾客和长住客。 6. 负责提出客房陈设布置方案，协助维修队做好维修和更新改造，科学地制定客房部的预算支出、建立和完善客房各种物品、用品消耗的管理、控制，制定各种设备保养措施，努力减少支出，降低成本。 7. 负责部门的文化建设工作，并督导各部门主管的管理工作。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上酒店管理经验，有中高端酒店工作经验者优先； 3. 熟悉酒店前厅、客房的运行流程和管理制度，具备良好的团队管理和组织协调能力； 4. 优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能够处理各种突发事件； 5. 具备较强的计划、执行和抗压能力，能够适应高强度的工作环境； 6. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
