    The Assistant Manager takes a role in assisting to provide supervision and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel.     We are looking for an Executive Secretary with following duties and requirements: 我们在寻找一位具备以下特质,并可独立承担相应岗位职责的总经理秘书人选: As an Executive Secretary, we rely on you to: 作为酒店总经理秘书,需承担以下主要工作职责: 1、Assist the General Manager in arranging daily schedules, including meetings, interviews, business trips, etc., to ensure efficient and orderly itineraries. 协助总经理安排日常日程,包括会议、会见、差旅等事宜,确保行程高效有序。 2、Be responsible for drafting, sorting out and filing various documents of the General Manager, ensuring that the documents are standardized and information is confidential. 负责总经理各类文件的起草、整理及归档,确保文书规范且信息保密。 3、Coordinate communication between various departments of the hotel and the General Manager, transmit instructions, follow up on implementation, and feedback on execution results. 协调酒店各部门与总经理的沟通,传递指令并跟进落实情况,反馈执行结果。 4、Prepare meetings chaired by the General Manager, including agenda formulation, material preparation, minutes writing and resolution tracking. 准备总经理主持的会议,负责议程拟定、资料准备、纪要撰写及决议跟踪。 5、Receive visiting guests, arrange meetings, and maintain a good image of external communication. 接待来访宾客,安排会面事宜,维护良好的对外沟通形象。 6、Handle other administrative affairs assigned by the General Manager, flexibly respond to emergencies, and ensure smooth work progress. 处理总经理交办的其他行政事务,灵活应对突发情况,保障工作顺畅推进。 We are looking someone who: 我们寻找的人选需具备: 1、College degree or above, major in secretarial science, hotel management or related fields is preferred, with more than 1 years of secretarial or administrative experience. 大专及以上学历,文秘、酒店管理等相关专业优先,1年以上秘书或行政经验。 2、Excellent writing skills, proficient in using office software and office equipment. 具备优秀的写作能力,熟练使用办公软件及办公设备。 3、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently handle English documents and foreign-related communication. 英语听说读写流利,能独立完成英文文件处理及涉外沟通。 4、Good communication and coordination skills, rigorous and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of confidentiality. 拥有良好的沟通协调能力,处事严谨细致,具备强烈的保密意识。 5、Familiar with hotel operation procedures, able to quickly understand GM’s needs and execute efficiently. 熟悉酒店运营流程,能快速理解总经理的需求并高效执行。 6、Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to flexible work rhythms, and have the ability to solve problems flexibly. 抗压能力强,适应弹性工作节奏,具备灵活解决问题的能力。 If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
