【岗位职责】 1、主要负责烧烤,卤菜的成品生产,同时承担卤水和各类酱汁的熬制。 2、根据用餐人次做好餐前食品原料和器皿的准备工作，遵守操作过程，控制原料成品，保证菜品质量。 3、负责各类肉禽原料的腌制和初加工的工作并妥善保管。 4、保持砧板、刀具等用具的消毒和冰柜、烤炉及明档区域的清洁卫生。 【岗位要求】 1、为人正直，有责任心。 2、有厨房烧烤工作经验。 3、身体健康，吃苦耐劳。

岗位职责： 1、及时和有效率并且有礼貌的为客人、会员或者是游客提供服务。 2、维持俱乐部的设备并且按照程序标准对其进行清洁。 3、维修和维护问题需要向主管报告。 4、熟悉自己负责的设备，并且可以熟练掌握设备、服务和其他的相关的标准信息要正确地提供给客人。 岗位要求： 1.熟悉游泳池，沙滩吧服务知识，掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识； 2.有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。 3.有国家认定的救生证。
