Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.     一、职位概述 作为雅高集团美憬阁品牌酒店餐饮部核心中层管理岗位,协助部门负责人统筹酒店厨房及餐饮区域的设施设备清洁维护、物资库存管理、团队日常运作及成本控制工作;严格遵循美憬阁高端品牌标准与HACCP等食品安全规范,全面负责酒店食品卫生、环境卫生的监督管控、政策落地及档案管理,通过精细化管理保障餐饮运营符合品牌品质要求与行业法规标准,维护宾客用餐安全与体验,助力提升酒店品牌美誉度与运营效率。 二、主要关键工作事项 1. 维护并更新卫生操作手册、化学品使用图表及清洁指导文件,监督落实餐饮部卫生相关SOP与规章制度。 2. 按FSMS/HACCP及部门标准,开展日常餐饮卫生巡检、食品微生物抽样检测工作,定期汇总提交卫生检查报告。 3. 统筹规划并实施酒店健康与食品卫生管理政策及流程,确保符合当地政府卫生法规要求。 4. 负责化学品及清洁设备的申购、验收与储存管理,把控洗涤类物资库存,及时向上级反馈物资短缺情况。 5. 配合工程部建立并落实厨房排风、排水、炉灶、制冷设备等的预防性维护计划,留存完整设备维护记录。 6. 组织每周卫生工作会议,与厨房负责人、采购等部门协同开展供应商卫生审核,确保供应链环节食品安全。 7. 按季度对接指定第三方实验室,完成餐饮及酒店用水的样品检测工作,留存检测报告归档管理。 8. 规划清洁区域布局,规范餐具厨具的清洗、存放流程,减少物品非正常损耗与破损。 9. 定期检查厨房、员工餐厅、库房及冰箱冰柜等区域卫生状况,确保符合食品安全与品牌标准。 10. 督导厨房设备及餐具厨具的清洁保养工作,每日核查设备运行状态,保障操作安全。 11. 定期审核清洁产品采购规格与清洁作业方法,持续优化卫生管控标准,降低运营成本。 12. 监督落实酒店垃圾分类管理制度,定期检查与审核垃圾分类执行情况。 13. 组织开展餐饮部全员卫生知识、FSMS/HACCP体系及岗位技能培训,提升团队专业素养。 14. 及时上报部门内各类安全事故与卫生问题,按要求处理员工关于歧视、骚扰的投诉,维护良好工作环境。 15. 参与酒店组织的各类会议与培训,完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 三、知识与经验要求 1. 具备国际星级酒店管事部或食品安全相关岗位3年以上工作经验,熟悉高端酒店运营模式。 2. 持有职业健康、食品安全或相关领域的专科及以上文凭,或具备同等级别专业资格证书。 3. 精通HACCP、FSMS等食品安全管理体系,掌握当地政府关于食品卫生、公共卫生的相关法规政策。 4. 具备扎实的厨房设备维护保养知识,熟悉各类清洁化学品的安全使用规范与库存管理方法。 5. 具备良好的团队管理、沟通协调能力,能够有效统筹跨部门协作,解决现场运营问题。 6. 具备较强的数据分析与报告撰写能力,能够独立完成卫生检查、风险评估等相关文档的编制与归档。

    【岗位职责】 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作;分配督导员工工作,制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用,得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准,随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算,并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理,抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 【岗位要求】 1、大专毕业学历或同等以上。 2、有10年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识,熟练使用电脑,持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
