1. 负责酒店弱电系统日常运行维护，包括通信系统（电话交换机、内线电话）、网络系统（局域网、WiFi覆盖）、安防系统（监控、门禁、报警、巡更）、消防弱电系统（火灾报警控制器、烟感/温感信号传输）、音视频系统（会议设备、广播、背景音乐、LED屏）、客房控制系统（RCU、智能灯光/空调控制）及停车场管理系统等。 2. 执行弱电设备定期巡检，记录运行数据，排查潜在故障，确保系统24小时稳定运行，保障酒店运营及客人体验。 3. 快速响应系统故障报修（如网络中断、监控黑屏、门禁失效等），及时诊断并修复，重大故障及时上报并协助制定解决方案。 4. 实施弱电设备预防性维护计划，定期清洁、调试设备（如交换机除尘、监控摄像头角度校准、门禁读卡器灵敏度测试），延长设备使用寿命。 5. 配合酒店弱电系统升级改造项目（如网络带宽扩容、监控系统高清化改造），协助工程师进行设备安装、接线、调试及测试验收。 6. 负责弱电系统技术资料管理，包括设备参数、线路图纸、维护记录、故障处理台账等，确保资料完整可追溯。 7. 严格遵守酒店安全规范，执行用电安全操作流程，配合消防演练及应急处理（如停电时备用弱电系统切换、紧急广播启动），保障系统及人员安全。

主要工作职责： 1.与副理一起准备每周工作安排表，确保其反映行业需求和主要的绩效指示。 2.为公共区域服务员分配任务和职责。 3.检查员工的工作完成情况。 4.报告丢失及损坏的物品状况。 5.汇报并跟进维修和保养工作。 6.检查公共区域，餐饮部门外围区域，办公室，洗手间和停车场的卫生情况。 7.检查外包工作的进行情况。 8.与承包商负责人协调并检查其工作。 9.确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求，适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务。
