To Housekeeping Manager inthe operation of Housekeeping Department, to achieve the standards of Ascott.
协助客房部经理管理客房部日常运作,使之达到雅诗阁的标准要求。
Major Responsibility主要工作职责
· To ensure the full implementation of housekeeping and "crisismanagement" policies and procedures formulated by Ascott Limited, as wellas do necessary supplement and completion according to the actual situation ofthe property.
确保雅诗阁所制定的客房部及《危机管理》的政策及程序完全落实并结合本物业的实际情况进行必要的补充及完善。
· Develop or assist in the formulation of department budget or work planand implement it.
制定或协助制定部门预算或工作计划,并执行。
· Responsible for monitoring the status of apartments daily, guidingsupervisors to manage attendants, and guarantee the implantation of work plan. Beresponsible for the department’s work outcomes.
负责掌握每日客房情况,指导客房领班层管理人员,落实全面的工作计划,并对部门工作结果负责。
· Review arrival information on a daily basis, VIPs, regular guests, ASRmembers, long stay guests, groups, special requests etc. Follow up withrelevant department.
每日上岗前查看当日贵宾、常规客人、雅星会会员、长住客、团队客人以及特别要求,并跟进通知有关部门。
· Supervise staff to comply with rules and regulations, ensure operationprocedures and service standards are met.
督导客房部的员工遵守规章制度,严格按规定的操作流程和服务标准工作。
· Appropriately arrange work and rest schedule according to operationalneeds for housekeeping staffs.
根据运营需要妥善安排好客房部员工的作息时间。
· Ensure the staff present a professional image of companies andindividuals in their daily work and excellent customer service.
确保客房部员工在日常工作及对客服务中体现良好的公司和个人专业形象。
· Ensure all apartments and equipment are in good condition, strictlycontrol the number of maintenance rooms and urge the timeliness of maintenanceto maximize occupancy rates.
保证客房设备设施清洁方面的完好,严格控制维修房的数量和督促维修时效性,以便物业客房达到满意出租率。
· Establish and control the washing requirements and washing quality oflaundry and linen and check regularly to ensure the standard of laundry ironingservice.
制定和控制客衣与布草的洗涤要求和洗涤质量,定期加以检查、保证客衣熨洗服务的水准。
· Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guest facilities, public areasand back office (per the property’s actual situation) and be responsible forthe work outcomes.
监督住客设施、公共区域及后勤区域(根据物业实际情况)的清洁和维护,并对工作结果负责。
· Monitor and control the management and cost control of materials in andout of the housekeeping department, actively and effectively control theconsumption of various items in the guest room.
监督和控制客房部物资进出库管理和成本控制,积极有效的控制客房各种物品的消耗。
· Know the use of cleaning equipment.
掌握清洁设备的使用。
· Manage stock inventory regularly and be responsible for the results ofinventory.
定期做好部门的盘点工作,并对盘点结果负责。
· Control Lost & Found, report management and file storage.
监督客人遗留物品的处理,报表的管理和档案资料的储存。
· Conduct monthly expenditure estimates to match actual consumption, activelyinnovate and take effective cost reduction measures.
配合实际的收入开销做好本部门的开支预算,积极创新并采取有效的降本措施。
· Maintain good communication and coordination with all internal andexternal stakeholders at all times.
随时与物业内外所有相关人士保持良好沟通和协调。
· Efficiently, promptly, courteously and timely deal with guestrequirements, inquiries and complaints. If necessary, promptly report to yoursuperiors.
高效、快速、礼貌和及时处理客户的要求、询问和投诉。如有需要,及时向上级汇报。
· Understand and familiar with the corresponding brand knowledge, andactively participate in various activities organized by the property.
了解和熟悉对应的品牌知识,积极参加物业组织的各类活动。
· Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
确保所有报告和服务都按时完成。
· Ensure compliance with Ascott and related policies, procedures andstandards.
确保并遵守雅诗阁相关的政策、程序和标准。
· Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area.
保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
· Work as property Manager On Duty (MOD) per plan.
按排班担任物业值班经理。
· Periodically train all department staff, evaluate and track their post-trainingresults
定期对客房部员工进行必要的培训,对培训结果进行考核追踪。
· In compliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention toenergy conservation and the safe operation in daily work, responsiblefor the risk management within the scope of his own position.
遵守雅诗阁集团的环境健康安全(EHS)方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作,对本岗位风险管理事件负责。
· Discipline staff when applicable.
约束员工遵守纪律。
· Other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements资质需求
· Diploma or equivalent and above preferred.
大专学历者优先考虑。
· At least 3 years’ housekeeping working experience required insupervisory position.
至少三年以上客房部管理工作经验 。
· Good knowledge and very familiar with all housekeeping area operations.
掌握客房部工作知识并且十分熟悉客房部日常运行。
· English language skill preferred.
良好的英语能力优先考虑。
· Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
· Be good at organizing and problem solving.
良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
· Able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively, with the ability toanalyze data and prepare reports.
能有效使用Word, Excel和PowerPoint软件,能够分析数据和准备报告。
· Good knowledge of cost control and stock management.
良好的成本控制能力,熟悉库存管理。
· Strict compliance with procedure, good communication skills, ability to solveproblems and deal with emergencies.
严格按照程序工作且具有良好的沟通能力,解决问题,处理突发事件的能力。
· Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作压力。
