-Prepares, cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and team members by following instructions.

-Assist the chef supervisor in the daily management and operation of the staff canteen.

-Be familiar with all sections of the kitchen to facilitate the flexible use of employees,To distribute work equally to employees.

-Conducts Prepares food for guests and team members efficiently, economically, and hygienically as per the standard recipes following the standards and procedures.

-Work Support the Head Chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.

-Planning, Preparation and Implementation of High Quality Food& Beverage Products and Set-up’s in all Areas and Kitchens.

Assist in the procurement of ingredients and cost control.

Participate in the development of seasonal or festival menus, analyze and understand the preferences of employees, and assist the head chef in frequently changing the operational menus.

-Be familiar with the cleaning and disinfection operation standards for all areas of the department, and conduct daily supervision and inspection. and actively participate in all training sessions.

-Complete the submission and upload of relevant forms in a timely and accurate manner.

What you bring:

Junior High school education or above or equivalent culinary experience.
初中或以上学历,或者需要同等相关厨房经验.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
至少2年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。

Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
