岗位职责 1、欢迎并登记所有进入健身中心的客人，确保他们的个人信息和会员状态被准确记录。检查客人2、的会员卡或访客通行证，确保所有客人符合酒店的访客政策。 3、向客人提供关于健身中心设施、服务和时间的相关信息。 4、解答客人的问题，提供关于健身课程、私人教练、设备使用等方面的建议。 5、处理会员的注册、续费和会员卡的发放。 6、跟踪和管理会员信息，确保其准确性和更新。 7、确保所有客人和员工遵守健身中心的安全规则和使用指南。 8、监督设施的使用，确保设备和区域的安全与卫生。 9、提供友好和专业的服务，确保客人在健身中心的体验愉快。 10、 处理客人的投诉和请求，及时解决问题并提供解决方案。 11、协助健身中心经理进行日常运营任务，如清洁设备、整理物品、准备课程材料等。 12、执行销售和推广活动，增加会员数量和收入。 13、记录每日访客数量、新会员注册和其它相关统计数据。 14、定期向管理层报告健身中心的使用情况和任何需要注意的问题。 任职要求 1、高中及以上学历。 2、有前台接待或客户服务经验者优先，特别是在健身、体育或酒店行业。 3、良好的沟通和人际交往能力。 4、熟悉使用计算机和办公软件，如Microsoft Office或类似系统。 5、对健身和健康有一定的理解，熟悉基本的健身设备和术语。 6、认真负责，具有良好的团队合作精神。 7、能够承受工作压力，尤其在高峰时段保持高效工作。 8、对客户服务充满热情，乐于帮助他人。
