对各重点部位的安全情况进行检查,分析存在问题提出改进办法,保障安全;
5. Handle associates shiftarrange and guest complains during operation;
处理各班次在运作中所发现的问题和业务投诉;
6. Superviseon associates on duty; be response for associate training and bring requiredsuggestion while needed;
督查各班次在运作中的执行情况,对不良现象予以纠正,对违纪人员进行批评教育,对符合处罚条款的违纪人员应向保安总监提出处理建议;
7. Superviseon shift lead with fire prevention and life safety issue;
督导属下各主管做好各项安全和消防防火工作;
8. Take full departmentresponsibility while LP Manager is away;
如防损经理例休或不在岗时,应主动履行保安经理的职责和义务;

根据酒店及喜来登的标准,督导部门员工保持良好的个人形象;
