BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Under the general guidance and supervision of the director of human resources,the Training & qaulity control manager will assist in planning,controlling,coordinating and participating hotel staff training.And responsible for the overall quality inspection,follow-up,supervision and coordination of rectification results.
在人力资源总监的指导及管理下,培训质检经理计划、控制、协调、参与酒店员工的培训活动。并负责酒 店内整体的质量检查、跟进、督促和协调整改结果。
TRAINING AREA培训方面:
1.Establishes hotel orientation,training,developing and evaluating systems.
建立酒店迎新培训,完善并评估培训系统。
2.Identifies training needs,sets objectives for all programs to be conducted for the year and the month.
根据酒店经营方针和酒店在管理、服务上存在的问题分析培训需求,制定酒店年度培训规 划和月度培训计划
3.Establishes standard policies and procedures for training and ensure the staff compliance with hotel training policies and procedures
建立培训政策及程序标准,确保员工遵守酒店培训政策及程序
4.Liaises with external resources personnel
建立与外界培训资源的联络。
5.Oversee staff hotel training and effective staff management.
统一负责酒店的培训工作以保证对全体员工的有效管理。
6.Maintains and updates staff training records,policies and procedures and other training matters.Conducts Training Needs.Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs.
管理和更新员工培训档案、酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件进行培训需求调查,为管理 层及主管员工分析及决定培训要求。
7.Skills Training.
定期组织员工技能培训。
8.Identifies number of internal trainers required.
建立酒店内部培训师团队,并制定内部挑选标准。
9.Develops Departmental&Management Trainers' skills 完善部门及管理层培训教练技术。
10.Schedules/runs trainers meeting.
安排参与培训员会议。
11.To improve staff performance through training which creates staff loyalty and commitment.
通过培训,提高员工的工作质量,激发员工敬业及热爱之情。
12.Implements an effective staff relations and motivation program in the hotel.
建立良好的员工关系,促进酒店内部的培训。
QUALITY MANAGEMENT AREA质量管理方面:
1.Authorized by the general manager, responsible for the overall quality inspection of the store,and overall inspection,supervision and coordination of the Department.
经总经理授权,负责对店内整体的质量检查,对部门进行全面的检查、监督和协调。
2.Quality inspection system,quality inspection standard and quality inspection system shall be established,and the implementation shall be arranged by means of routine inspection,random inspection,special inspection,night inspection and hidden inspection.
建立质检体系、质检标准与质检制度,采用常规检查、抽查、专项检查、夜查和暗查的方
式安排实施。
3.Collect and sort out quality inspection information,put forward improvement suggestions and plans after analysis and submit them to the general manager for approval.According to the
general manager's instructions,convey improvement opinions to relevant departments and file them as an important basis for future rewards and punishments.
收集、整理质检信息,进行分析后提出改进意见及方案呈总经理批示。根据总经理批示向 相关部门传达改进意见,并存档作为日后奖惩的重要依据。
4.Have the right to correct and deal with general quality accidents in a timely manner,report serious violations or major quality accidents to the general manager in time,and shall not participate in direct management.
有权对一般质量事故及时给予纠正和处理,对严重违例或较大质量事故及时报总经理,不 得参与直接管理。
5.Organize quality inspection summary meeting every month
组织并主持每月一次的质量分析会.
6.Summarize and sort out the problems that often occur,sum up the training materials,so as to give the staff timely implementation and communication,so as to avoid the recurrence of the same event.
总结整理经常出现的问题,归纳汇总成培训材料,给予员工及时的贯彻传达,避免同一事 件的再次发生。
7.Mainly responsible for the hotel staff appearance,courtesy,labor discipline,customer service, guest complaints,workflow,health status,department management,safety production,energy saving and consumption reduction
主要负责酒店员工仪容仪表、礼节礼貌、劳动纪律、对客服务、宾客投诉、工作流程、卫 生状况、部门管理、安全生产、节能降耗等方面的检查工作。
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责
1.Maintains and updates staff training records,policies and procedures and other training matters.Conducts Training Needs.Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and determine training needs.
管理和更新员工培训档案、酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件进行培训需求调查, 为管理层及主管员工分析及决定培训要求。
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES技术职责

6.Identifies number of internal trainers required.

7.Determines selection criteria for internal.
制定内部挑选标准。
8.Develops Departmental&Management Trainers' skills 完善部门及管理层培训教官技能。
9.Management and supervisory training and General Programs Evaluate programs conducted.
管理主管培训及评估教程。
10.Maintains and activate library.
管理更新图书馆。
11.Maintains the necessary files for training activities summary.
管理并及时更新培训的重要文件。
12.Schedules/runs trainers meeting.
安排参与培训员会议。
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商业职责

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES人际职责
1.Implements an effective staff relations and motivation program in the hotel.
建立良好的员工关系,促进酒店内部的培训。
2.Disseminates information regarding staff activities,hotel personnel policies,procedures,and any information related to employer-associate relations.
发布有关员工更新,酒店人事规章制度与工作程序和酒店方与员工的信息交流的资料。
3.Responsible for ensuring a good team spirit and motivation of the team.
确保良好的团队精神,并能激励队友。
4.Coordinates and executes staff social,athletic and recreational activities.
组织举办员工社交文体活动。
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION替代和临时责任
1.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
2.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.In the absence of the Assistant Director of Human Resources,takes charge of the department under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。在人力资源部总监不在的情况下,管理整个人力资源部并 向人力资源部总监汇报。
