【岗位职责】 岗位职责 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 岗位要求 1、有1年以上客房管理工作经验。 2、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 3、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 4、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。

岗位职责 1、健全各种问讯资料。 2、掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。 3、处理总台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。 4、负责总台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。 5、检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。 6、建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。 岗位要求 1、中专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责，作风正派。 3、熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。 4、身体健康，品貌端正，气质高雅。 5、掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

1、协助前厅部经理日常工作的监督与管理。 2、处理客人的投诉。 3、VIP客人的全程接待与服务。 4、收集日常宾客意见，并向前厅部经理反映。 5、协助前厅经理完成部门培训工作。

销售任务执行：根据销售总监制定的年度、季度销售计划，分解个人销售指标，积极开展客户开发与销售推广工作，确保完成个人业绩目标。 客户开发与维护：主动挖掘潜在客户资源，重点拓展商务公司、旅行社、会展机构等合作渠道，定期拜访新老客户，维护稳定的客户关系。 销售洽谈与签约：负责与客户进行销售洽谈，介绍酒店客房、餐饮、会议等服务及优惠政策，完成合同签订，并跟进款项回收事宜。 市场信息收集：关注市场动态及竞争对手情况，收集客户对酒店服务、价格的反馈信息，及时上报给销售总监，为策略调整提供参考。 客户需求对接：了解客户的预订需求，与前厅、客房、餐饮等部门沟通协调，确保客户在入住、用餐、会议等环节的服务需求得到满足。 销售数据统计：定期统计个人销售数据，包括客户签约量、销售额、回款情况等，形成销售报表，向销售总监汇报工作进展。 协助营销活动：配合销售部门开展促销活动、主题推广等营销工作，参与活动策划与执行，助力提升酒店市场影响力和客户流量。 团队协作支持：配合销售团队完成集体销售任务，分享客户资源与销售经验，协助新人快速成长，共同提升团队整体销售业绩。

岗位职责 1.全面负责宴会和会议，展示会等的推销、预订工作； 2.制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、简历并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准，制定宴会销售部规章制度并指挥实施； 3.参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作； 4.安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作； 5.建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段； 6.与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格； 7.与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合； 8.定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。 岗位要求 1.具有酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验，特别是包厢宴会的销售，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神； 2.对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验； 3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力； 4.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。

【岗位要求】 必须有2年以上的高星级酒店经验 有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧 形象气质佳

任职要求： 1、身体健康，无不良行为记录; 2、形象端正，表达清晰流畅; 3、必须持有上海市公安局考核发放的保安员证以及持有中级消防设施操作员职业资格证。
