1、需要具备大专及以上学历 2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够流利地与客人交流，解答客人的疑问。 3、需要有良好的服务态度，具备热情、耐心、细心的服务精神，能够为客人提供优质的服务体验。 4、在面对突发情况或客人投诉时，能够迅速冷静应对找到解决问题的方法。 5、能够融入团队，与同事协作完成工作任务，共同维护前台的正常运作。 6、快速熟悉基本的酒店管理系统(OPERA)操作，如客房预订、入住登记、结账等. 7、具备良好的形象气质，穿着干净整洁，符合酒店的着装要求。 8、可能需要适应轮班制，有时需要在节假日或夜间工作。 9、遵守酒店的规章制度，保密客人的隐私信息。

基本要求：  1、 酒店或旅游管理专业，有对客服务兼职或实习经验优先 2、 待人热情，乐于助人，积极向上，勇于挑战 3、 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，以及网络、电脑操作能力, PPT 制作等 4、职业目标：酒店行业销售领域长期发展， 毕业后考核合格，择优录用
