岗位职责/职位要求 岗位职责 1、负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2、严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3、负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4、保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5、每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6、中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7、每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 岗位要求 1、遵守酒店规章制度和操作规则。 2、大三或大四处于实习阶段，要求能实习6个月以上。 3、机修相关专业，在校成绩良好，掌握水暖空调系统、排水系统和辅件的基础知识，并具有较强的实际操作能力 4、良好的人际交往能力，具备良好的团队素质，能够很好完成部门交办的任务。 5、有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 6、身体健康，精力充沛，
