16. All team members delivering services must wear clean, well maintained, clearly identified uniforms.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
最好拥有食品制作领域的学徒经历或专业学历;至少两年在大型机构内担任行政总厨或行政副总厨的工作经验。必须具有良好的实践经验、经营和管理能力以及创新天分。
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
