1、协助部门领导管理整个工程部员工，考核、督导直接下属的各项工作，并对其工作做出指导和评估。 2、统筹酒店客房、公共区域及后台设施设备的日常装修装饰、巡检、维修、保养，并制定预防性维护计划，确保各项工程问题及时处理及建档备案。 3、督导部门设备维保质量，制定内部维修计划，定期抽查大、特种设备的安全情况，保障酒店各大型活动的设施设备安全运行与使用。 4、负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪、控制所有水、电气等的消耗并严格控制维修费用，保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支；同时，督导部门内部成本控制。 5、处理各项突发事件，制定、督导实施应急预案；主持协调部门日常工作。 6、配合物业安保部做好酒店消防及安全工作。
