Analyze existing and potential markets/trends and coordinate activities to maintain and increase revenue through increased business volume and higher prices.

Maintain relationships with local, domestic and international airlines, travel agencies, businesses, private clubs and industry associations to develop new clients and retain existing ones. Engage with planners, corporate sales representatives, incentive buyers, airlines and tourism wholesalers through personal sales visits, phone calls and written communications.

Participate in large-scale tourism activities to promote hotel sales.

Meet with clients of large event organizers who are staying at the hotel to ensure their satisfaction.

Establish a mailing list and update it.

At least 3 years relevant work experience or similar management experience, or equivalent educational and work experience
