Oversees and directsall aspects of the hotel operational departments which include: Front Office,Food & Beverage/Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Health Club,and other relevant operating departments. Ensures these departments are wellrun by focusing on the following aspects: Maximization of revenues and profits,minimization of operating costs, implementation and follow up of servicestandards/staff training. Ensures highest levels of customer satisfaction. Alsoresponsible to ensure that the Occupational Safety & Health levels in thehotel are adhered to & maintained at all times in order to ensure safe, efficientoperating conditions, thereby safeguarding team members and facilities.
