全面统筹客房部日常运营,确保清洁标准、服务流程符合诺富特全球品质规范;
优化房务工作效率,管理布草、客用品库存及成本控制;
培训督导团队(楼层主管/服务员),提升服务技能与客户满意度;
协同前厅、工程等部门,保障客房高效周转与异常事件处理;
执行客房质量审核(QA),推动持续改进与可持续发展实践。
任职要求:
大专及以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业;
5年以上国际品牌酒店房务管理经验 ,2年以上同岗位经验;
精通Opera/Opera PMS系统,熟悉房务运营全流程;
卓越的领导力、抗压能力及跨部门协作意识;
英语沟通流利(书面及口语),普通话标准。
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily housekeeping operations to ensure compliance with Novotel’s global service standards and hygiene protocols.
Optimize resource allocation, manage linen/amenity inventory, and control departmental budgets.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors/attendants to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments for efficient room turnover and incident resolution.
Conduct quality audits (QA) and implement sustainable practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Min. 5 years in international branded hotels’ housekeeping, with 2+ years as Housekeeping Manager.
Proficient in Opera PMS and housekeeping operational procedures.
Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Fluent in English (written & spoken), Mandarin proficiency required.
