岗位职责:
Job description
1.按程序控制和发放员工制服,餐饮部布草及客房布草。
Handling and issuing of team member uniforms, F&B linen and room linen according to procedure.
2.按照一对一原则收集和发放员工制服。
In charge of collecting and issuing uniforms on a one to one exchange basis.
3.保持员工制服的标准,发现丢失和损坏现象应立即向直接上级汇报。
Maintains the standard ofteam member uniforms and reports losses and damages to team member.
4.和洗衣房密切配合,控制布草和制服的流动循环。
Works closely with Laundry Department with regards to the flow of uniforms and linens.
5.在缝纫工不在的清况下帮助修补制服。
Assists in repairing uniforms in the absence of seamstress.
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.至少高中学历。
Min Senior Middle School
2.至少一年制服布草房工作经验。
Min 1 years working experience in Uniform/Linen Room.
3.懂得缝补的基本知识。
Basic knowledge in sewing and mending of clothes.
完成辅助工作,支持整个餐饮服务队伍。遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
· Carry food and beverage trays in a safe manner to minimize breakages
安全的举餐盘使破损将到最低。
· Payment methods are handled accurately
正确的处理付款方法。
· Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
按照酒店的规定存储餐饮存货。
· Assist to promote Food and Beverage sale in all outlet
协助部门的促销活动的销售。
· Report and record breakages in assigned location
在指定的地方进行破损记录以及报告。
· Waiter stations are prepared according to standard

· Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service is cleaned and polished

· Used ashtrays are clean regularly. Change with every 3 butts
定时清理用过的烟灰缸,标准不超过3个烟头。
· Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
遵守酒精饮料服务归定,推销饮料并定时为客人续酒。
· Converse with Guests about wines promotion, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine
与客人谈论葡萄酒,建意葡萄酒的品种和风格,写单和为客人送酒
· Promoting and up-selling of signature food and beverages to guests
向客人推销部门招牌食品以及饮品。
· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
正确处理客人的投诉。
