Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
The Senior Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
The Senior Sales manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible to the Director of Sales for the Corporate Section and all Sales Personnel within the section.
高级销售经理的首要任务是在任何地点都宣传并推销酒店,有机会时在当地推销自己酒店的姐妹品牌,并完成销售指标为公司争取最理想的销售状况。
在销售部总监的监督管理下,确保酒店商业方面平稳的营运工作。
销售部的工作职责是根据酒店的结构、形成、连锁性并在酒店内部规章制度的基础上由市场销售总监制定的。高级销售经理也会负责酒店销售总监所属的合同公司以及其他个人销售的管理。
知识和经验Knowledge and Experience:
1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2、较好的英语口语基础,形象气质佳,善于电脑操作,具备较强的团队凝聚力。
Good Oral English foundation, good image and temperament, good at computer operation, with strong team cohesion.
3、热爱酒店工作,积极进取,善于沟通和协调。
Be passionate about hotel work, aggressive, good at communication and coordination.
4、注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong executive ability.
5、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
