We are currently looking for a Service Manager- HSKP (Floor) to join our team.
1. To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La’s Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications..
2. Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
3. Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services.
4. Ensures staff are trained to understand and compete all common requests.
5. Ensures communication with Div/ Dept. and Section Heads is open and productive.
6. Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by Hotel or Division Management
We are looking for someone who:
1. Physically fit / Has a reasonable standard of oral and written English.
2. Related job experience
3. Displays initiative and creativity
4. Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
