· Collects all government pension & medical insurance policy and keep good communication with top management.

· Talent service: personal file transfer & communication with labor office or other relevant Talent & Culture Centres.

· Follow up employment contract review
作好人才合同的跟踪。
· Prepare employment contract for renewal.
准备续签合同。
· Prepare feedback letter for non-renewal of employment contracts.
不需再续签合同的,准备回复信。
· Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration, talent time recording, as well as talent services and talent activities.
协助日常人事管理工作,并协助办理人才福利和组织人才活动。
· Update PICC employer liability insurance list.

· To complete the annual working hours system approval.
每年完成工时制审批工作。
· Handling entry procedures for foreigner.
办理外国人入境就业手续。
· Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
密切跟踪人才试用期或合同的到期期限。
· Checking online labor contract and salary information system ,updating talents labor contracts (new talents. renew contract talents) / service contracts(retirees, extension of expired-contract talents) / trainee agreements(agreement with school ,agreement with trainee)
检查在线劳动合同和工资信息系统,更新人才劳动合同(新人才/合同到期人才)/服务合同(退休人员,延长到期人才合同)/(与学校拟定实习协议)。
· Handling insurance procedures of dimissory talents.
办理离职人才保险。
· Handling extraction and transfer procedures of housing fund.
办理公积金提取和转移手续。
· The first week of each month, copying payment details of 5 insurances and housing fund,and applying for social insurances payment.
每月到社保局及公积金中心,拷贝数据,核对数据申请保险付款。
· Handling insurances of new and dimissory talents, terminating labor contract
办理保险增减及解除劳动合同。
· Inform new talent to handle social Insurance card.

· Transacting procedures for retired talents
退休人才的办理程序
· Handle Government Insurances Annual Check and Labor Annual Check etc.
办理政府保险年检/劳动年检等。
· Deal with Talent Work Injury cases.

· Fluent written English, and can communicate orally

· Good computer skills

· 2 years supervisory experience in HR, 1 year HR experience in hotel industry, be familiar with hotel Personnel daily work procedure
二年以上人事管理工作经验,一年以上酒店行业人力资源部工作经验,熟悉酒店业人事方面日常工作的操作程序
· Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
