1.1熟练掌握前台接待和问询的业务知识。         1.2完成到店客人的入住接待，办理入住手续，处理宾客的特殊要求和付费问题等具体工作。         1.3接听电话，受理当日订房，如有变更按有关规定做相应更改。         1.4处理由预定部送来的订房单或变更单，按要求作好房间分配计划。         1.5礼貌、主动、热情、快捷的接待宾客，做到微笑服务。         1.6随时掌握房态，为客房管理工作提供准确资料，通过电脑、电话、单据、报表的方式和途径   把客人的有关资料传递给有关部门。         1.7管理客房房卡，受理客人叫醒服务的要求，代办客人留言及物品寄存服务。         1.8负责有关住房房价，酒店各营业区域服务设施及探访方面的咨询服务工作。         1.9熟悉酒店内各项服务内容，积极推销产品。         1.10协同销售部做好客户档案的建立工作。         1.11遵守酒店规章制度，完成上级交办的其它任务。
