岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1、负责酒店管事部的日常运营管理,确保餐具、厨具、设备等清洁、消毒及维护工作符合卫生标准;
Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel management department, ensuring that the cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of tableware, kitchenware, equipment, etc. meet hygiene standards.
2、制定并执行管事部的工作计划,合理分配员工任务,监督工作进度与质量;
Formulate and implement the work plan of the management department, rationally allocate the tasks of employees, and supervise the progress and quality of work
3、管理管事部库存,包括清洁用品、餐具及设备的采购、领用和盘点,确保物资充足且无浪费;
Manage the inventory of the stewarding department, including the purchase, issuance and inventory of cleaning supplies, tableware and equipment, to ensure that materials are sufficient and there is no waste
4、培训并指导管事部员工,提升其专业技能与服务意识,确保团队高效协作;
Train and guide the staff of the management department to enhance their professional skills and service awareness, and ensure efficient team collaboration
5、定期检查清洁设备及工具的使用情况,及时报修或更换故障设备,保障工作顺利进行;
Regularly inspect the usage of cleaning equipment and tools, promptly report for repair or replace faulty equipment to ensure the smooth progress of work
6、与其他部门(如餐饮部、厨房部)保持良好沟通,协调解决运营中的问题;
Maintain good communication with other departments (such as the catering department and the kitchen department), and coordinate to solve problems in operation
7、确保管事部工作符合酒店安全、卫生及环保政策,定期提交相关报告。
Ensure that the work of the management department complies with the hotel's safety, hygiene and environmental protection policies, and submit relevant reports on a regular basis
岗位要求
1、具备酒店或餐饮行业相关工作经验,有管事部或后勤管理经验者优先;
Relevant working experience in the hotel or catering industry is required. Candidates with experience in the executive department or logistics management are preferred
2、熟悉清洁消毒流程、餐具保养及设备维护知识,了解卫生安全标准;
Be familiar with the cleaning and disinfection process, tableware maintenance and equipment maintenance knowledge, and understand the hygiene and safety standards
3、具备较强的组织协调能力,能够高效管理团队并处理突发情况;
Possessing strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of efficiently managing teams and handling emergencies
4、责任心强,注重细节,能承受一定的工作压力。
