确保为客人提供高水准的服务，根据酒店标准问候抵店客人，为住店客人/餐饮客人/店外客人提供相关礼宾服务店外客人提供相关礼宾服务，迎送离店客人. 提供所有行李协助。 Serve the guests in the most hospitable manner; all guests arriving to the hotel will be welcomed.
