About the role:
To assist People and Culture Manager with the direction of all aspects of the People and Culture division including employee recruitment and retention, employee activities, employee communication, employee movement (Promotion/Transfer), employee relationship, etc.
This role is part of the People and Culture department, reporting to the People and Culture Manager.
What you will do:
Responsible for new hires’ check-in formalities, e.g. prepare welcome kit; prepare offer letter and labor contract; check-in new hires in PSB/Platinum/Workday system, etc.
Assist to plan and organize all employee activities include annual party, family day, sport day, talent show, etc.
Responsible for tracing and celebrating employees’ anniversary
Assist with maintenance of employee facilities, perform the daily walk through with other P&C team members and give feedback to P&C manager.
Responsible for new hires’ check-in formalities, e.g. prepare welcome kit; prepare offer letter and labor contract; check-in new hires in PSB/Platinum/Workday system, etc.
Ensure the People and Culture information (P&Ps, business decisions, activities, new programs) are communicated to employee accurately and consistently
What you bring:
A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems and equipment
Exert security-protecting ability by using one’s own suit.
