Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责： 1. When on duty, the Security Guards shall adopt the “Service Oriented” approach in discharging of its duties in order to function harmoniously with the concept of the Hotel as a place of hospitality. 当班时，保安员须以“服务为导向”营造和谐、热情好客的氛围。 2. Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by deartment. 根据部门排班履行相应工作职责。 3. To protect the safety of guests, colleagues, their properties and those belonging to the Hotel. 保护酒店客人、同事及酒店财产安全。 4. Monitoring any undesirable elements to ensure that they do not harass, harm or embarrass the hotel guests. 对可疑人物和事物要有高度警觉性，保障酒店客人不受侵害和滋扰。 5. Conducting regular and periodical checks and taking immediate follow-up action to rectify faults, damage, etc. 进行日常巡查和周期性检查，并对发现的问题进行跟进。 6. Other duties as may be required of him by the Superior from time to time 上级指派的其它任务。 Qualifications岗位要求： 1. Minimum high school and skill training school education 高中及以上学历 2. Experience preferred but not necessary 具有相关工作经验者优先考虑 3. Able to handle and manage heavy loads. 吃苦耐劳，有责任心 Demobilized soldiers or relative graduates a plus 4. 退伍军人或警/体校毕业生优先

【岗位职责】 1、检查房态并记录 2、将“请勿打扰”房间汇报给楼层主管 3、清理打扫房间这主要包括、吸尘、擦拭家具、清理垃圾、做床、清理面盆浴缸马桶毛巾镜子和地面、抹尘等 4、为房间补足酒水与日用消耗品 5、清洁并整理客房洗手间里的客用物品 6、为客人悬挂衣服和清理客人随带的小物品 7、清理已退的房间 8、将送餐桌或托盘从房间内撤出，汇报房间内是否有损坏物品，报告房间内需要维修的问题 9、汇报是否有客人私占的酒店公有物品 10、上交给楼层主管拾到物品 11、清理楼层走道服务区域和楼梯 12、检查住客房客人的洗衣并通知洗衣房 13、为客人收洗衣并送至洗衣房 14、发现并去除地毯上的污渍 15、人工或用机器为地面打蜡抛光 16、依据客人具体要求放置婴儿床加床板变压器吹风机等 17、检查并记录酒水消耗量补入新的酒水 18、整理员工车中有污损的布草，将员工车中的垃圾清除 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，而且适应长时间工作 2、能够承受工作压力 3、视力好 4、吃苦耐劳

岗位职责 1.对酒店内各项接待、会场布置、场景气氛做好拍摄记录服务跟进工作。 2. 向市场销售经理提销售拜访概况报告，提交月销售拜访计划。 3. 反馈信息，保持联系及加强相关合作单位间合作意向。 4. 修改有关报价信函、合同、推销文书及《备忘录》。 5. 执行订房业务，尤其是旅行社、订房中介及代售异地房业务的预订工作。 6.协助策划酒店内部各部门的推销和宣传活动等方案。 8.预留广告位置，审核宣传品的内容，落实悬挂及拆除宣传品等工作。 岗位要求 1.本科以上文化程度，熟练掌握和运用英语，在五星级以上酒店工作2年以上熟悉餐饮、客房、前厅等业务知识人员优先考虑。欢迎应届毕业生应聘。 2.外表端庄大方，身体健康、干净整洁。 3.善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。 4.熟练掌握销售的方法和推销技巧，并能在工作中灵活运用。 5.熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序，沟通协调能力强。 6.形象气质佳。
