Will resolve complaints in person, by phone or through written message. Develops relationships with return guests, group contacts and other guests in order to provide personalized service. Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within corporate standards quality guest services and amenities. Manages the functions of all hotel personnel through supervision of hotel department heads. Establishes and maintains effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent. 3 years of similar experience in a luxury hospitality enviroment. Fluency in Mandarin & English is a must. Work authorization in China is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns with tact and efficiency. A high energy level and a passion for achieving results. Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results. Ability to manage complex relationships.

    A background in operation department is required, with preference given to candidates with experience in F&B. Participate in development and preparation of hotels strategic plan. Create Career Development plans for each employee which is part of the Talent Pool or High Potentials. Regularly organize departmental meetings. About the role: To direct and oversee all marketing activities with the support of teams including, Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Public Relations and Revenue Management for the Hotel and ensure that all activities and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per room occupied. This position is reporting into General Manager.
